Challenge: 5 to 9/ My night time routine | When I’m at home, I do my daily stuff like running errands and going to the gym. when I get home/when it gets to be later in the evening, I have a pretty set routine. I make sure I and my plants are hydrated, have some kind of decaf tea, take my meds, bathe, moisturize, listen to some music, and read a few chapters of whatever book I’m currently working through
