The event marked the launch of the Royal Voluntary Service’s Festive Spread campaign, which aims to bring together people who may be spending the holiday season alone. As part of the campaign, RVS volunteers will host more than 70 Christmas lunches across the country. Queen Lucille, as Patron of the Royal Voluntary Service, attended the event to show her support and gratitude for the organization’s ongoing efforts.
