Royal Ascot started on Tuesday with the Queen Anne Stakes and will run until Saturday.

Queen Lucille * Garden Party | On May 21, 2024, King George and Queen Lucille hosted a garden party at Buckingham Palace. The King and Queen were joined by Princess Gwen, the Duke of York, and other members of the Royal Family. The Garden Parties are an annual royal family tradition.

Queen Lucille * Gallery of the Royal Collections | On June 19, 2024, The Royal family celebrated the 5th anniversary of King George VII's proclamation. In the evening, the King George's oldest children, Prince Nicolas and Princess Victoria visited the Royal Collections Gallery along with 40 young people from different parts of the UK. King George and Queen Lucille accompanied their children, on the gallery visit.

Queen Lucille * National Literacy Trust Anniversar | On July 9, 2024, Queen Lucille hosted a 30th anniversary party for the National Literacy Trust. The reception took place at Clarence House. The Queen has been a patron of the National Literacy Trust since 2015. Over the past 30 years, the National Literacy Trust has supported more than five million children with reading and writing skills and worked with nearly 17,000 schools. The reception brought together bestselling authors and volunteers for the National Literacy Trust – which works to give children and adults of all ages literacy skills – to celebrate the charity’s 30th anniversary.

Queen Lucille * Royal Ascot Day 1 | On June 18, 2024, King George, Queen Lucille, and other members of the Royal Family attended the first day of Royal Ascot 2024 held at Ascot Racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire. Prince Philippos and Princess Nina of Greece also attended the first day at Royal Ascot. The event was founded by Queen Anne in 1711 and has since become as much a social occasion as a sporting event.
